The education they
should have taught you.

The Problem

Most founders don't fail
from bad ideas.

They fail from missing frameworks. Talent gets you started. Frameworks get you built. Most founders are working harder than ever — in exactly the wrong order.

72%
of MBA graduates say their degree did not prepare them to start a real business.

Why BE School Works

Business education, rebuilt for
founders who actually build.

01
Built from experience, not theory
Every framework in BE School was forged inside a real business. Built, broken, and rebuilt under pressure. Nothing here is hypothetical.
02
You leave with a business, not a binder
By week six, you have a validated idea, a working revenue model, and a positioning statement that earns attention. Not notes. Not ideas. Output.
03
Six weeks is the point
We teach only what moves the needle. Everything else has been cut.
04
Your cohort is your first network
Thirty founders. Your first sounding board, your first referrals, sometimes your first customers. The relationship starts Day 1 and outlasts the programme.
The Curriculum

Six weeks.
Everything you need.

Each week targets a specific layer of the entrepreneurial stack — from mindset to systems. No module exists unless it directly contributes to building your business.

Week 1
Alignment
Founder-venture fit assessment
Personal capacity & constraint mapping
Vision architecture & decision filters
The entrepreneurial mindset audit
Outcome: A clear, honest map of where you are and where you're going.
Week 2
Skills
High-leverage skill identification
Rapid skill acquisition frameworks
Skill stacking for competitive advantage
Delegation & the builder's dilemma
Outcome: A personal skill roadmap that compounds over time.
Week 3
Validation
Problem validation vs. solution validation
The 20-customer interview method
Demand signals & leading indicators
Pivot or persevere: the decision framework
Outcome: Validated demand — not assumed demand.
Week 4
Model
Revenue model design & stress-testing
Unit economics that actually work
Pricing psychology & value anchoring
Financial runways & burn rate maths
Outcome: A business model that makes money, not just noise.
Week 5
Position
Market mapping & competitor intelligence
Brand positioning architecture
Messaging frameworks that convert
Go-to-market strategy & launch sequencing
Outcome: A market position so clear your customers explain it for you.
Week 6
Systems
Operational systems that scale
The founder's operating cadence
Metrics, dashboards & decision rhythms
Sustainability & the long game
Outcome: A business that runs — not one that runs you.
Meet Your Instructor
Yvonne Joseph
Director & Lead Instructor, BE School

Most people who teach business have read about it. Yvonne Joseph has done it — five times, across five industries, over fifteen years, all without a safety net.

She has built companies others said wouldn't work. Shut down companies she loved because she had the discipline to recognise a broken model. Both decisions required the same thing: clarity earned the hard way. This isn't a biography. It's a qualification.

BE School is what she wishes had existed when she started. Every framework inside it was forged inside a real business, under real pressure, with real consequences.

"I built BE School for the founder I was in Year One — smart, driven, and completely unarmed. The roadmap I've created here is the one I deserved then. It's the one you deserve now."
Results

Don't take our word. Take theirs.

Before BE School, Yvonne worked privately with founders through one-on-one mentorship and business advisory. These are their words. The frameworks they used are the same ones now built into the BE School curriculum.

Testimonial 01

"I had been 'about to launch' for two years. Then I signed up for Yvonne's Business Advisory sessions. Two months of working together, and I had a validated offer, paying customers, and a model I could actually defend. Her validation process saved me from building something the market didn't want."

Launched with 41 paying customers in Year 1
Testimonial 02

"I already had a business — but it was running me. I was working 70-hour weeks and barely growing. Yvonne forced me to rebuild from the ground up: systems, positioning, pricing. Twelve months later, revenue was up 38% and I work half the hours."

Daniel Rivera
Founder, Cobalt & Co.
+38% revenue · 50% fewer hours worked
Testimonial 03

"Working with Yvonne wasn't theory — it was the level of thinking I needed to be exposed to. I came in with a concept and left our engagement with a launch plan, a defined price point, and backing from a well-reputed investment firm."

Questions

You're probably wondering.

BE School is for founders — active builders who have either started something or are about to. If you're looking for theory, a credential to frame, or a gentle introduction to "business concepts," this isn't it. If you want to build a real business with real frameworks from people who've actually done it — you're in the right place.
Expect 8–12 hours per week. This includes: self-paced lessons (3–4 hours), live cohort sessions (2 hours), and applied business-building work (3–6 hours). The programme is designed to be completed alongside running your business — not instead of it.
No. You can join with just an idea. What you do need is clarity that you want to build something and the willingness to do the work. The programme is structured to meet you wherever you are — idea stage, early revenue, or scaling.
Cohort 1 is fully virtual — live sessions via video, curriculum delivered through the BE School portal, and community interaction in our dedicated space. This allows us to bring together the best founders regardless of geography.
An MBA teaches you to manage a business that already exists. BE School teaches you to create one from scratch. MBAs take two years and cost $50,000+. BE School takes six weeks and costs $1,500. MBAs give you a credential. We give you a business.
Yes. If you complete the first two weeks of the programme, do the work, and genuinely feel it's not for you, we'll refund your enrolment in full. We're not interested in keeping anyone who isn't fully committed to building.

Your business isn't going to build itself.

Six weeks from now, you could still be thinking about it. Or you could have a validated, positioned, revenue-ready business — with the systems to sustain it. The only difference is whether you start.
